1. Acceptance. By registering an account, installing the launcher or otherwise accessing the service, the user ("the User") enters into a binding agreement with Alzeria ("the Operator") and accepts these terms together with the game rules, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Provision of service. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Operator reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to modify, suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part, and to suspend, restrict or terminate any account.

3. License and intellectual property. The Operator grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the launcher and game client solely for the purpose of accessing the service. All content, data, software and materials comprising the service remain the exclusive property of the Operator. Any reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, circumvention of technical protection measures, extraction, reproduction or redistribution of any part thereof is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement.

4. Virtual items. Virtual currency, items and characters are licensed, not sold, confer no proprietary interest, and have no monetary value. Contributions are voluntary and governed by the shop policy.

5. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the service.

6. Amendments. The Operator may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the service following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance thereof.
