Important: By purchasing points, you agree to all terms outlined below. Refunds are only issued in accordance with our policy. All purchases are final unless stated otherwise.
This agreement describes the terms on which you can purchase shop points on Alzeria.
Donating to Alzeria is done voluntarily and is not needed in order to play on the server.
The points acquired will be delivered within 24 hours to the players account.
If there is a problem with the automatic sending of points the player must contact a Gamemaster ingame.
By making a payment to Alzeria you agree to the terms below:
Making a payment is a contract between Alzeria and the player, in which Alzeria is obliged to transfer the premium points to the player within 24h once the payment is received in any of our payment methods.
By purchasing virtual points on our website (www.alzeria.com) you agree not to open disputes/chargeback as it is a violation of our rules. Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate deletion of all characters associated to the account owner.
Premium points which are withheld or deleted from the player's account for breaking our game rules in the game cannot be refunded either.
These rules may be changed at any time
